This course deals with the concept of school administration as derived from the concept of administration in general and educational administration in particular, Besides, it deals with the goals of school administation with regard to their patterns, fields and functions, as well as the administrative behavior of the principal , communication,time management , the role of the principal as a resident supervisor, and the importance of school administation in Jordan.
